Ministry Groups
Children’s Ministry
The Children’s Ministry provides opportunities to growth spiritually through fellowship, Bible studies, discipleship, church camp, games, and other activities to help elementary age children become maturing followers of Christ.
Student Ministry
The Creekside Student Ministry is a place to share good fellowship with other teenagers and hear Biblical truth that will meet you where you are in your walk. The Student Ministry is a place to relate with others, ask questions, serve both church and the community, and most importantly, grow in your relationship with Jesus.
Women’s Ministry
The Women’s Ministry develops an environment where women can encourage personal and spiritual growth, inspire fellowship among the women, and enhance the congregation’s evangelistic attitude through outreach activities, social activities, Bible studies, John 13:34.
Missions
Creekside Christian Church helps support 15 individuals or organizations at home and abroad through our weekly offerings. Support for Missions is a direct expression the mission Jesus gave His people to make disciples.
Homeless
We are partnered with Columbus Relief to serve the homeless and under-resourced in our city. We serve with https://www.cbusrelief.org/ on the third Saturday of every other month.
Our Women’s Ministry also serves the homeless who live in camps throughout the city. We collect needed supplies and distribute them to the people we meet in what we call Blessing Bags. This provides us the opportunity to share God’s love in a tangible way by meeting real needs.
Columbus Crusaders
We are partnered with Columbus Crusaders. The Crusaders are a sports ministry that teaches excellence in athletics, balanced with intentional character building. Crusaders trains male and female athletes of various ages to reflect CHRIST: Commitment, Honor, Responsibility, Initiative, Service and Truth. Food Pantry
The Food Pantry Ministry provides meats, fruits, vegetables, dry goods, canned goods, breads and pastries every Wednesday to families in need.
Those in need, living in the following zip codes (43224, 43229, 43231, 43081), may call LSS at 211 or 614-221-6766 to sign up. Food is distributed from 10am-11am every Wednesday at our church building.
